Ah yes. This is a very important show for The D. Its a very good show for fans of Tenacious D to listen to some of their early work, such as the original version of Tribute, Double Team being called "Sex Supreme", Warning, Jesus Ranch and others. Great show.

Subject: Great early show!
Great sound quality and great musicianship! This show has some great early versions of songs and some surprises for psycho fans due to the mislabeling of the setlist. This is by far my favorite D show. If you're into the D, listen to this show NOW! This show has great historical significance for the field of ROCK!

My first D show- the most spiritual experience of my life! I still have nodes on my vocal chords, i screamed so loud... I haven't heard this yet, but it was glorious being there...

i downloaded all of the tednacious d shows on this amazing site, and this was the best by far. no doubt. great setlist, and more importantly, great quality. if your reading this review you damn well better have this show allready or have it in about 10 min. if not jack and kg will personally come and kick your wussy ass all over the place.

I was at this show. We drove almost 500 miles from California to Portland. Everything was perfect. No rain, the sky was like the intro to the Simpsons, blue with little cartoon clouds.
Portland, as a city, kicks ass.
This was back when people were just catching on to the D. If you didn't live in LA, you had to go to sidehatch.com or fugitive alien to get your D info. Anyway I'm very glad to see this show here, thanks to those who got it here.

Subject: Best there is
In my opinion, this is the best SHN out there of the D. Although it may not have the best setlist, it does have a few special perks about it. Kyle's 'Til there was You' are among the highlights. Great quality, and overall an awesome listen.
